DSC will establish a series of meetings to make sure the inventory process goes smoothly, and all expectations are met. During the initial count we will note any differences between departments or facilities in how the preparations are carried out and what items are included/excluded in the count that differ between areas.
If large differences are found, DSC can work with you to develop Corporate Inventory Requirements (CIR) to standardize the way the inventories are conducted and what to include.
